Richard has a Master of Science in Communications Engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. Richard is a retired U.S. Navy Submarine Officer, serving honorably for over 22 years.
Richard has a very diverse business background with over twenty years experience in the corporate world, demonstrating strong management skills, personable traits and continued business growth and success. Richard’s background and experience include that of hands-on technician, engineer, mid-level manager to senior manager.
Throughout his career Richard was uniquely adept at communicating at all levels of an organization, often serving as a point of contact troubleshooter on critical customer services and corporate performance issues.
Richard has a proven track record as a skilled and successful negotiator, focusing on responsive and outstanding service, achievement of desired customer results and goals, promoting performance-oriented client/customer relationships, increasing product sales revenue, and protecting profit margins through learned and practiced negotiation strategies.
